RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
All reservations, modifications or cancellations, must be
sent in writing and will only be effective when you receive written
confirmation from the hotel.
All reservations must be secured with a credit
card:
Low Season: Must be paid in full 15 days before guest arrival. Cancellations made 15 – 8 days prior to guest arrival will result in a first-night penalty charge. There will be no reimbursement for late cancellations (7-0 days), no-shows, or unused portion of services.
High Season: Must be paid in full 30 days before guest arrival. Cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to guest arrival will result in a first-night penalty charge. There will be no reimbursement for late cancellations (14-0 days), no-shows, or unused portion of services.
Easter Week; 4 night minimum stay, reservations must be paid in full no later than February 15, 2007. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services.
Christmas and New Year Week; 5 night minimum stay during Christmas and 7 nights minimum stay for New Year’s week. A 50% payment is due by July 21, 2007, full payment must be received prior to September 30, 2007. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services.
